Your questions are welcome here.
If the faith you inherited no longer fits, you may be wondering what remains when certainty falls apart.
I help people navigate faith shifts, spiritual deconstruction, and the sacred work of rebuilding a life rooted in freedom, meaning, and love.
You do not need all the answers to begin honoring your journey.
When your faith changes, everything can feel uncertain.
You may be questioning beliefs you once considered unquestionable. You may feel relief and grief at the same time. You may still love Jesus while struggling with the religious system that introduced you to him.
Perhaps you are trying to make sense of who you are now, what you believe, and where you belong.
I know this territory personally.
My own journey has taken me from evangelical certainty and Christian radio to Survivor, public faith deconstruction, and an ongoing exploration of a more spacious, compassionate spirituality.
Along the way, I discovered that losing certainty does not have to mean losing yourself. Sometimes it becomes the beginning of finally meeting yourself—and the Divine—without fear.
Hi, I’m Leslie.
I’m a certified Existential Health Practitioner & Coach, Writer, Speaker, Podcast Host, and Fellow Traveler.
For years, I believed faithfulness meant having the right answers. Today, I believe some of our deepest transformation begins when we become brave enough to ask honest questions.
I create spaces where you can explore those questions without judgment, pressure, or someone trying to steer you toward a predetermined conclusion.
You are allowed to listen to your own soul here.

Speaking
I bring warmth, humor, and hard-won hope to conversations about religious deconstruction, spiritual growth, identity, and what Survivor taught me about outwitting, outplaying, and outgrowing the beliefs that once defined me.
